The product is okay, and I use it after a ride. However, it doesn't remove stubborn dirt. Furthermore, the shipping time listed during the ordering process is completely wrong. I ordered on Monday with priority shipping (1-2 days) and didn't receive the package until Friday. Emails to the company aren't even being answered…
