An exceptional boutique design hotel: truly unforgettable! This is an incredible design boutique hotel, located in a stunning and peaceful area, just a short drive from both Lucerne and Zurich. Surrounded by calm and silence, it offers the perfect setting to relax and disconnect. The hotel is beautifully designed and decorated with exquisite taste: every corner feels welcoming and warm, making guests feel immediately at home. Rooms are spacious, bright, and thoughtfully equipped, with high-quality linens, towels, and amenities. The breakfast buffet is outstanding: generous, varied, and filled with top-quality products, a true highlight of the stay. Parking is super easy, and there’s a magnificent terrace where you can enjoy your dinner or lunch as well as the surroundings in total tranquility. The service is impeccable, with staff who truly care. The cuisine is another highlight: fresh, creative, and delicious. Markus, the owner, personally oversees the kitchen — often singing happily while cooking — and makes sure every guest is enjoying their experience. His presence adds a personal and unforgettable touch. Even for business meetings, everything is smooth and convenient, with full attention to detail and guest needs. An extraordinary place I’d recommend without hesitation: one of those rare hotels you’ll want to return to again and again.
Wonderful room, very nice staff. Especially grateful for dinner staff. Thankful for Ricardo, teaching us how to use coffee machine. Great staff
When I arrived at the hotel around 6 p.m. on Friday and went to the lobby, there was no staff member present. I waited for someone to come, but no one showed up. After a few minutes, a female staff member appeared, asked me to wait just one minute, and went back to where she came from. I assumed she would return shortly, so I kept waiting, but she never came back. More than 10 minutes passed with no one showing up. From the loud noises coming from the kitchen, it seemed like she was busy with something there. Although I didn’t check the exact time, after about 20 minutes someone who appeared to be the owner finally arrived, and I was able to receive my room key. I have never experienced anything like this before — being left waiting for over 10 minutes in a hotel lobby with no explanation. It made me wonder if this happened because we are Asian, and I felt very offended. I understand this is a family-run 4-star hotel, but I hope they reflect on this experience seriously.
