Extremadamente decepcionado. Evite al Dr. Beguelin, quien promete volver a llamar pero nunca lo hace. Me dejó angustiada por la posibilidad de un diagnóstico erróneo (para mi hijo menor de un año) a pesar de los repetidos intentos (teléfono y correo electrónico) con la secretaria, quien tampoco respondió. El doctor es arrogante y completamente incompetente. ¿Qué tipo de asistencia sanitaria es ésta, que descuida por completo las relaciones con los pacientes? Una llamada telefónica y se habría resuelto. Estoy en shock.

I really appreciate the staff. They're always smiling. There are even a few assistants who speak French. Even though my German isn't perfect, they always understood me. As for the novels, remember that you're in Orpund, a Swiss-German village. So it's up to you to adapt. And to learn German!
