It's a bus garage. Can't say much more.

At 5:42 p.m. at Menziken train station, on bus 398 towards Beromünster Post, I witnessed a very unpleasant scene. The bus driver was about to depart even though a woman in a wheelchair was not yet properly and safely attended to. It was clearly evident that something was wrong. Only when a passenger pointed out to the driver that he was neglecting a person with limited mobility did he stop. Instead of being grateful for the information, the driver reacted irritably and angrily towards the helpful passenger. This was clearly noticeable to everyone nearby. As an outsider, I found this behavior shocking and completely unprofessional. People in wheelchairs require special care. For a driver to ignore this responsibility and then react with annoyance is unacceptable. The only positive aspect was the intervention of the passenger, who acted responsibly and attentively. Without this intervention, the situation could have ended very badly. This kind of thing should not happen on public transportation.
