Servicio amable, buena comida y cocinada poco hecha como le pedí. Carne de buena calidad. Al principio pensé que no parecía tan asado, pero el sabor era realmente bueno.
El pollo a la parrilla estaba realmente delicioso con una piel de pollo fina y crujiente y carne de pollo húmeda debajo. Una de las mejores comidas que tuve durante mi viaje a Europa. En otra ocasión, me presenté para otra comida, pero los camareros estaban bastante impacientes y bruscos, por lo que en su lugar recibimos comida a domicilio.
Servicio encantador con un toque personal. Comida de alta calidad con especial atención a los filetes.

Grillrestaurant 48°, located within the Tailormade Hotel SIHLPARK in Schindellegi features a variety of dishes, including steaks, meats, and fish, all prepared over an open flame. There is no burger like it here, just come and try it, the best grill restaurant in town!
We waited for almost 2 hrs to have our food and we got cold mini burgers and a not melted cheese on the burger. Cold meat as well.
