En verano hace un calor asqueroso y las habitaciones, cómicamente pequeñas y estrechas, no tienen aire acondicionado. El lugar huele a cigarrillos. La ducha es un tubo de plástico de 0,5 m. Sin desayuno. Por casi $400/noche este "hotel" es un escándalo total. Está justo al lado del lago y de la Ópera, pero definitivamente puedes encontrar mejores opciones.
Era un buen hotel pero muy pequeño. Las comodidades son menores en el hotel.
Fuimos a principios de septiembre y hacía mucho calor en Zurich. ¡La habitación estaba MUY CALIENTE! Como 30 C+ por dentro. A pesar de abrir las ventanas, era difícil enfriar la habitación incluso durante la noche debido a los edificios circundantes que eliminaban cualquier...
This hotel exceeded our expectations. Two of our three rooms were upgraded which was wonderful! We only stayed one night which is our regret. Alex and Anna were fantastic and made our stay so easy. I would recommend this hotel and should I get back to Zurich I will stay here!
BE CAREFUL!!!!!! They have NO AC!!!!! Do not book at this location during summer. Location is great. The train station is close, there’s a lake next to it, downtown is very close. BUT our room was HOT during our stay because there’s no AC. We paid $400 and have to be this miserable…? Hmmm no thank you. Also, they are very stingy with cancellations. They have cancellation policy on their website and still tried to argue with us when we tried to cancel our room because it was too hot to stay.
NEVER AGAIN Our check-in was unimpressive. No welcome and zero explanations. Got our key and entered the tiniest room, a furnace to find out the room has NO A/C. We were rejected a refund. We fell asleep with windows open and x2 fans …
