Si vuelvo nuevamente a Sorenberg, definitivamente son mi elección sin dudarlo. Gran personal Chef increíble Excelente y cálido lugar para tomar una taza de café, desayunar, almorzar o cenar. Mi experiencia en dos días diferentes fue hermosa y deliciosos platos que ofrecen con un toque de ganas de ser tu mejor experiencia. Muy recomendable si te alojas allí o pasas un día. Good village restaurant. The food is fresh, and there's a reasonably priced daily special. There are various other dishes à la carte, including specials for children. There's something for everyone here. We were there as a family of four for lunch during the week. The food arrived quickly, and the service was very straightforward.
The food portions were quite large. I found the signature chicken wings a bit dry and not particularly impressive; perhaps my expectations were too high. However, it's definitely worth a visit if you're looking for authentic traditional Swiss cuisine.

The desserts are true culinary delights and provide a perfect ending to the meal. The apple strudel with warm vanilla sauce is irresistible with its perfectly balanced flavor, while the chocolate cake with its molten center is a true taste sensation. But for me, the real highlight of the restaurant is undoubtedly the garlic soup served in a homemade bread bowl. This unique creation is an absolute must for gourmets.
