Personal muy servicial. Me han ayudado en numerosas ocasiones. Recientemente compré una Specialized Rockhopper Elite 29er y tuvieron la amabilidad de conseguirla en la combinación de colores que quería en otra tienda de Febru. También me han ayudado a mantener mi Specialized Roubaix a lo largo del tiempo. Me encanta la tienda y la mejor parte es que está en mi vecindario.

Usé esta tienda para un servicio y realmente no había usado mucho mi bicicleta desde entonces. Cuando lo revisé y un amigo (mecánico profesional de bicicletas) lo miró. Me doy cuenta de que el mecánico del taller no tenía ni idea. Cambió la cadena sin el casete trasero, me dijo que los frenos no podían ser mejores y que había aire en el sistema (no pudo haberlo comprobado), también descubrí que la caja en la parte inferior del motor está rota (demasiado tarde para volver atrás). También hace ruido y eran los casquillos de la suspensión trasera y dijo que no se podía reparar. Muy pobre y muy caro ca. 300CHF😥

Una joya escondida de una tienda de bicicletas alrededor de Zug. En realidad. Estuvieron muy felices de poder ayudarme con una bicicleta de carretera Canyon y tienen una excelente selección de productos duros y blandos. Grandes llaves inglesas que también estaban felices de charlar sobre temas de bicicletas.

I've been to that bike shop twice already. The first time, I was completely satisfied with the advice and service. The second time, I was at the shop between 3:00 and 4:00 PM with my bike for a possible tire change (because I felt the tire was wearing down – longer braking distance; I was aware of the two marks in the tire tread). I was told to schedule an appointment for the next day without them even looking at the bike. So, the next morning, I went to the shop as agreed. They explained the two marks to me and said the tire would be fine until they wore down, and then they quickly tightened the wheel for me (a quick fix). Technically, everything was correct, the job was done, but I didn't need to go to the shop twice for the same service. What would have required an appointment the day before was done in two minutes the next day...
