The selection of plants is huge and of truly excellent quality. This year, I wanted to buy some plants to pot for my patio and, as I did two years ago, ordered two 45-liter containers of potting soil for home delivery. I signed the delivery slip, which included the CHF 14.00 shipping costs, just as I did two years ago. However, the invoice I received now shows CHF 25.00, and the reason for this was explained to me, which I understand logically. What I don't understand, however, is why the price was different two years ago and why there was no subsequent price adjustment. Furthermore, both I and the delivery driver signed for the original amount. Since you want to discuss this with me again, I suggest you send me a new invoice for the difference, which I will pay to settle this unnecessary expense. The flowers and herbs look wonderful. The service and advice were once again a real disappointment. The gardener didn't have time to assess the "sick" plant I brought with me because he had other things to do! It was definitely my last visit to Raschle. Friendliness is different.
