Una experiencia muy decepcionante con Cotra Transport. Cotra me entregó un vehículo que mostraba signos de daños en el momento de la entrega que claramente no estaban presentes en las fotografías tomadas antes del transporte. El daño no fue evidente inmediatamente después de la entrega y fue descubierto y reportado después de una inspección más exhaustiva. Desgraciadamente, la reclamación fue simplemente desestimada con la explicación de que no había ninguna nota en el albarán de entrega. Al parecer, no se ofreció más investigación ni asistencia para aclarar el asunto con el conductor. Especialmente en el transporte profesional de vehículos se espera la documentación adecuada en el momento de la entrega y entrega del vehículo. En cambio, se niega inmediatamente la responsabilidad. Para los clientes comerciales que transportan vehículos con regularidad, esta gestión de los daños durante el transporte no es especialmente profesional ni orientada al cliente. Es una verdadera lástima; Esperaba mucho más apoyo.

A place with 12 parking spaces for trucks; you can stay overnight, and the women in the office are very friendly. There's a shower available for drivers, which is great, as well as a toilet. Unfortunately, the waiting time is very long; the inspection of seven vehicles took three hours in my case – this is unacceptable and shows a lack of respect for the drivers. Significant changes are needed to make the vehicle collection process more efficient.

The woman responsible for vehicle transport in Studen behaved very unprofessionally; unfortunately, I didn't catch her name as she pronounced it very unclearly. She was hardly helpful or courteous… simply rude and disrespectful. I do not recommend this transport company.
