Une très mauvaise expérience avec le parking de la station de ski. Le paiement n'est possible que via une application, mais il n'y a pas de couverture de réseau mobile sur place. Il est donc impossible de payer le stationnement. Malgré cela, nous avons reçu une contravention de stationnement. Si une station de ski exige le paiement via une application, elle doit au moins garantir la couverture du réseau ou proposer un mode de paiement alternatif.
A great little ski resort for families. The slopes are varied, with nice freeride opportunities. Good snow conditions thanks to its well-organized layout. Highly recommended!
For many years, I've regularly traveled from Germany to Axalp and always felt welcome there. That's why my last visit was so disappointing. Payment for parking at the ski resort is only possible via an app. However, since there's no mobile network coverage on site, payment is practically impossible. Nevertheless, a parking ticket is issued in such cases, which I find extremely unfair. I also received no help at the ticket office. The staff were unfriendly and showed neither understanding nor a willingness to offer a solution. Such behavior is not the kind of service one would expect from a popular ski resort. A real shame – especially for long-time visitors.
We were there for a hike. A very quiet, natural region. Exactly what we were looking for. Unfortunately, the restaurants were only open in the hiking area. Unfortunately, there were no places to stop for refreshments down near the village center that day. Nevertheless, it was a great day.
