Le résultat était très médiocre et ne correspondait pas du tout à mes attentes. J'ai reçu peu ou pas de conseils appropriés. Le prix est absolument injustifié. De plus, le service client était très hostile. Je suis très déçu.

One rather unfriendly woman ruins the entire customer experience to the point that, despite the other courteous employees, one thinks twice about using the service again. Despite multiple complaints about what is likely the same unfriendly woman, management has failed to take appropriate countermeasures.
