UPDATE. We couldn't reach an agreement. As compensation, I was offered a duvet cover, which I have no use for. I then suggested a mattress protector for the same price plus the additional cost. Hilding Anders was very petty and refused to consider it. I'm left with the pain caused by the mattress and the certainty that Hilding Anders has no interest in making amends. Customer satisfaction cannot be forced. After two years, my Happy mattress turned into a nightmare. I had constant back pain. My partner can no longer lie on it without pain either. Therefore, I had to buy a new mattress. I offered Happy the option of having the mattress back for inspection. They refused and even tried to charge me for it. So, the Happy mattress will be disposed of. Regarding the statement: "so that we can review your request and find a solution together. We are happy to assist you!", absolutely nothing has happened. I wrote to the company, but they don't care. She is not interested in a solution. The phrase "finding a solution together" seems purely cosmetic.
