J'ai vécu l'une des meilleures expériences de bar de ma vie grâce à notre barman, qui est vraiment dans une catégorie à part. Humberto. Non seulement il a parfaitement recréé le Pear Martini, mais il l'a élevé. L'équilibre, la fraîcheur, la présentation… chaque détail témoigne d'un incroyable savoir-faire et d'une véritable fierté de leur métier. On voit immédiatement qu'il est talentueux, expérimenté et passionné. Il se déplace avec la confiance de quelqu’un qui sait exactement ce qu’il fait, mais avec la convivialité et la chaleur qui vous font sentir complètement pris en charge. Chaque boisson qu'ils nous préparaient était parfaite, mais ce martini à la poire était inoubliable. Si vous voulez un barman à la fois incroyablement compétent et un plaisir absolu à côtoyer, ne cherchez pas plus loin. C'est le genre de service qui vous fait revenir. The chef de rang failed to recognize a confirmed restaurant reservation and showed no interest in resolving the error. There was no apology, no ownership, and certainly no effort to assist — only a dismissive attitude that left us feeling unwelcome in a place we had chosen with care. The experience deteriorated further when we arrived at the bar at 10:20 PM, well before the clearly stated 11 PM closing time, only to be told they “close earlier when there are no guests.” In other words, published hours appear to be optional, and guest expectations irrelevant. Professional hospitality is built on reliability, accountability, and respect. Unfortunately, none of these were present. It is difficult to reconcile this level of service with any establishment that aspires to quality.
Fantastic hotel with a super comfortable bed, spotless rooms, and excellent amenities. I stayed for two nights and ended up at the hotel bar both evenings. Humberto made outstanding cocktails and brought such a great energy, his personality really made the experience memorable. I had a wonderful time chatting with him while enjoying his drinks. Even if you’re not staying at the hotel, the bar is absolutely worth a visit.
