Je voudrais féliciter M. Stephen, Mme Brna et Mme Jasmine pour avoir été très sympathiques, serviables et accueillants pendant notre séjour. Leur excellent service a rendu notre expérience encore plus agréable. L'hôtel était très bien et nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour dans la chambre 310. La vue de notre chambre était magnifique et magnifique. Nous avons passé un excellent et merveilleux séjour de 4 nuits du 27 au 31 décembre 2025. Merci pour votre merveilleuse hospitalité. Nous avons adoré notre séjour ici. Excellente nourriture, excellent personnel. Certaines critiques disaient que les chambres étaient démodées, peut-être, mais tout à fait convenables. Une chambre avec vue sur le lac est indispensable. Enregistrez-vous bien. Excellentes liaisons de transport vers Interlaken et le ferry du lac s'est arrêté …
L'hôtel offre une belle vue sur le lac de Brienz. Nous pouvons voir le lac depuis notre balcon. La chambre est suffisamment grande pour accueillir 4 personnes. La chambre est belle et propre. La salle de bain également spacieuse. Dans l'ensemble, nous passons un bon moment ici. 😊…
I would like to compliment Mr Stephen, Ms Brna, and Ms Jasmine for being very friendly, helpful, and welcoming during our stay. Their excellent service made my experience even more pleasant. The hotel was very good, and we truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality. We simply love our Room 310 and the beautiful magnificent view.
What a great experience we had for 4 nights at Seiler au Lac. The view from our balcony was mesmerizing and unforgettable! The service was outstanding… Stephen was who I emailed about our trip 6 months before we arrived. He was great explaining everything. Jasmine was also great with her communication and willingness to help. We ate 3 of our 4 dinners there. All were delicious! The breakfast was delicious as well. We used the bus daily to go to Interlaken, super easy and the pass was included with our stay. Overall, a great and memorable place to stay!
What a wonderful hotel! The location was perfect right on Lake Brienz with stunning views. A perfect location just steps away from a bus stop that took you to the Interlaken train station. Also, the staff here is incredibly accommodating and kind. They treated myself and travel group of 12 total people absolutely amazing. I could not recommend this hotel more for not only the location and accommodations but for the amazing staff.
