I was disappointed because my preferences weren't taken into account. My application was sent to places I had specifically indicated I didn't want. When I contacted the person again, the communication was confusing, and I never heard from them again. I do acknowledge, however, that the person I spoke with was nice, but the follow-up and attentiveness were lacking.
