Le colis a simplement été déposé devant notre porte (nous habitons sur la route principale et il y a un arrêt de bus juste devant l'entrée). Nous étions à la maison et personne n’a sonné à la porte. Bien entendu, le colis a été volé et Planzer nie désormais toute responsabilité. L'assurance juridique a été activée.
Les leaders du marché lorsqu'il s'agit de NE PAS livrer les colis à temps. Les colis sont constamment livrés en retard. La communication inexistante et le service de suivi épouvantable complètent le tableau. Quelle blague ! À Planzer : je me ferai un plaisir d'envoyer des informations supplémentaires par e-mail. Supplément : CHF 2.00
Le chauffeur livre au mauvais endroit, le service client refuse de faire quoi que ce soit.
The package was supposed to be left in a weatherproof spot at the front door. Instead, it was left in front of the garage in the rain. Everything is soaked. Incompetent.
I paid €89 for secure transport with a signature for a bike. Planzer delivered it without a signature (I feel cheated). They simply left the bike in the hallway, even with a broken brake lever, without saying a word. When I called, Planzer tried to weasel their way out of it and did nothing. This is no way to achieve customer satisfaction – they just take the money but do nothing else.
"You can leave the package." The package will not be left. "Not delivered - delivery notice left." No delivery notice left. I needed on-time delivery...
