Excellent service, excellentes performances – je suis vraiment très satisfait. Surtout si vous souscrivez un abonnement, vous bénéficiez d'une réduction supplémentaire sur le service chemises 🙏🏻❤️ Toutes les taches sont parfaitement ressorties et le personnel était très sympathique. Je suis tellement contente d'avoir trouvé quelqu'un d'aussi professionnel, surtout depuis que je viens d'emménager ici. Merci beaucoup, continuez votre bon travail !

Je suis extrêmement satisfait du service! L'équipe est très sympathique et attentionnée. Mes commandes sont exécutées rapidement et avec un excellent niveau. Je trouve également que la notification par SMS dès que tout est prêt à être récupéré est très utile – elle permet d'économiser du temps et des efforts. Je recommande fortement ce service.

Bon service et surtout, ils travaillent le samedi jusqu'à 12h30 ! J'ai donné les vestes plusieurs fois, tout s'est bien passé. Dès que tout est prêt, ils envoient un SMS au téléphone.

I've never left a bad review before, but today I really have to. I had my coat cleaned for 26 CHF, and when I picked it up, it was still covered in stains. When I pointed this out, they said it couldn't be improved and that otherwise, they'd have to wash the coat in the washing machine, risking it shrinking and damaging the fabric. Since I obviously didn't want that, I took it home and managed to remove all the stains completely using ordinary stain remover and a brush. I don't understand how they can call themselves professional textile cleaners and not be able to remove the simplest stains, which even laypeople can easily do. And then still charge full price... I personally find that very unprofessional and an unsatisfactory service.

This is the second order (out of two) that has come back with more stains than the garment was handed over. The curt reply: "If I really love the coat, I'll wear it even with stains..." Unbelievable! These "experts" couldn't even tell me the washing program or detergent used, even after persistent questioning, or what we could try next. Furthermore, I never received the text message; the idea of following up with a letter didn't even occur to them... I can only warn anyone who sends their favorite items here. If you don't care, go ahead. Otherwise: never again.
