This morning, Friday, we were greeted very warmly by Mr. Bissig and served quickly and competently. As someone not from Lucerne, I got to know a very interesting company. I will recommend this business whenever possible.
Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with Schacher Hydraulics. I brought a hydraulic line over and asked how much it would cost, roughly 200-250. That evening, I received a call saying the line was finished. I then asked how much it would cost, as I would be picking it up the next day and paying in cash. The answer was 312 francs. The next day, when I picked it up, I was surprised to find out it cost 446 francs. Very unprofessional, and that only makes the customer angry. Upon request, I can only return the line, and they only give me strange excuses. I will not recommend the company to my mechanic friends/businesses. Regards
