Très courtois, sympathique et trouve toujours une solution adaptée, même dans des situations impossibles. Aucune plainte; les commandes sont exécutées comme prévu sans aucune complication. Fortement recommandé.
Je ne recommanderais la société Ruch à personne. J'ai prêté à l'employé un attelage rapide de 13-7 mm pour la remorque ; sinon, ils n'auraient pas pu me transporter d'Adligenswil jusqu'à chez moi. Je n'ai toujours pas reçu le couplage, malgré une conversation téléphonique avec M. Ruch. Tout ce que je peux dire, c'est que ce ne sont que des paroles et aucune action ! Today, a driver for this company, with license plates BE 490 953, honked his horn and flashed his headlights at a car in front of him traveling at 90 km/h on the highway. I witnessed this dangerous and unprovoked behavior. Especially since there were slowdowns and he took the next highway exit... a kilometer further on! The minimum speed limit on the highway is 80 km/h; it would be wise to remind this driver of that instead of endangering everyone. It's shameful for Denner (whose advertisement is on the trailer) to work with this company!
