This morning, a vacuum excavator from Tschopp was at my construction site, supposed to be digging holes for the fence. As the boss, I had to listen to all sorts of whining and threats: "I'm packing up and leaving if you don't get your act together!" Hello?! What a lazy employee! First, not even a greeting, but straight away: "YOU'RE GOING TO GET THE PICKPANGER AND A PICKPANGER NOW!" ???? How about: Good morning, I'm Mr. ... I've already started, can we take a look together at what needs to be done, how, and where...? Then I called his boss and asked what was going on. The boss said they'd sort it out, it would just be more expensive, or rather, they'd charge the normal hourly rate. I said I knew, since he'd be working longer. I went with my worker to get some concrete, and then the boss's wife called me and said the vacuum excavator had finished, it was done. When I arrived at the construction site, I saw that he had only vacuumed one more hole and left. But there were still 30 holes left!! Well, what more can you say... It's just sad what kind of workers there are... If I were the boss, I'd fire someone like that immediately. Thanks for nothing. Wüthrichs Fences GmbH
