Une expérience très négative. J'ai acheté une BMW chez Auto Daniel qui était annoncée comme étant en parfait état de fonctionnement et bien entretenue. Cependant, quelques jours seulement après l'achat, une grave défaillance de la chaîne de distribution est apparue – un défaut critique qui n'a été ni mentionné lors de la vente ni communiqué de manière transparente. Après avoir confronté les problèmes au vendeur, au lieu de recevoir une solution ou un support, j'ai simplement été bloqué, rendant toute clarification supplémentaire impossible. Ce n’est pas à cela que ressemble un comportement professionnel ou responsable. Quiconque attend un service fiable, honnête ou une communication équitable n’est certainement pas au bon endroit ici.

Je recommande fortement Auto Daniel. Nous avons acheté un VW Caddy dans ce garage sans l'avoir vu au préalable. Le mécanicien s'est occupé de la livraison et de toute la paperasse. Il est très disponible, même en dehors des heures de bureau. Je recommande ce garage sans hésitation et nous achèterons prochainement un autre véhicule chez eux.

Initially, the contact was very friendly and accommodating, until the money was transferred. From that point on, the seller was difficult to reach and didn't return calls. The car wasn't delivered until after several inquiries, it had the wrong tires, and the front brakes were faulty, even though the car had passed its roadworthiness test (MFK). For three weeks, it was impossible to contact them by phone. After several emails, we finally received a reply and were assured that the tires would be replaced and the brake repairs would be paid for. It took several weeks and constant follow-up before the tires were replaced. The cost of the brake repairs was only paid after we sent a registered letter demanding payment. The whole experience was very disappointing and I absolutely do not recommend them.
