L’équipe a toujours été polie, mais malheureusement, l’impression positive s’est arrêtée là. Malgré une description précise du problème, une autre zone a été examinée et renvoyée comme réparée. Après avoir réinstallé l'appareil, il s'est avéré que le problème d'origine persistait. Selon la commande et la facture, l'appareil aurait été inspecté et testé. Au final, j'ai dû payer pour le travail incompétent des employés et je me suis quand même retrouvé avec un appareil défectueux et une facture salée. C'est génial, n'est-ce pas ce que tout le monde veut ? J'espère que d'autres clients auront plus de chance.
Very competent and friendly staff. When it comes to garden equipment/machines, the family-run Grogg business is my first port of call for machine service, repairs, and new purchases, as well as used machines! Always prompt service and clean work! A visit there is worthwhile, even if just for information or advice.
Very professional advice. I ordered from the online shop and was contacted by phone afterwards because the product I ordered came in different versions. During the phone call, the warehouse worker found the right part for my garden tool and was able to ship my order. A truly excellent extra service. I received the product today, and it is definitely the correct original replacement part. Thank you.
