La consultation et l'exécution ont été très professionnelles. Jusqu’à présent, tout s’est parfaitement déroulé – un an après l’installation. (Mon père a fait ses recherches au préalable et a posé quelques questions critiques. Celles-ci ont ensuite été discutées avec Activ Solar).
Lors de la planification et de la mise en œuvre de l'installation photovoltaïque, M. Frommenwiler a répondu de manière flexible et pragmatique aux souhaits et exigences, dont certains ont changé au cours du projet. Le système fonctionne sans aucun problème.
I was commissioned to design a photovoltaic system including a self-contained electric vehicle (ZEV) for the homeowners' association in Fröschbach. Activ Solar submitted the best offer and did an excellent job. The system couldn't be better, both aesthetically and in terms of energy yield. The owners are also delighted. Communication and execution went very smoothly.
We commissioned activ solar Schweiz GmbH to install a photovoltaic system. Technically, the system is working perfectly. When it came to the placement of the inverter and battery, they suggested the simplest solution for the technician. We would have appreciated better advice, and as is so often the case, hindsight is 20/20. During the installation on the roof, pieces of roof tiles fell and damaged our stone table. It weighs an estimated 200 kg, so moving it quickly isn't easy. With a proper warning from activ solar, it wouldn't have taken any effort to protect the stone table with blankets to prevent the damage. Luckily, no one was injured. Now we're left with a damaged stone table, and activ solar fobbed us off with some stone oil to restore its shine. Absolutely unacceptable! It's like offering polish as a repair for a scratch on your car! Hence the poor rating. Activ solar refuses all communication. Therefore, we cannot recommend this company.
We felt very well taken care of from the initial consultation to the final installation. We have a solar panel system, battery, and charging station. The owners are very competent, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. We'd gladly use them again for our next house ;o)
