Nous avons reçu des conseils et un service exceptionnels de la part de la famille Baumberger, et ils ont tout géré parfaitement. Depuis notre premier contact par email et notre visite dans leur magasin jusqu'à l'installation de nos nouvelles toilettes et robinetterie, tout s'est déroulé sans problème, rapidement et avec beaucoup de convivialité et de professionnalisme. La journée d'installation avec Dario a été très agréable et agréable. Il expliquait toujours son travail et pourquoi, et il réagissait rapidement et avec flexibilité aux situations imprévues. We had already used Baumberger's services at the beginning of the year when our sink drain became clogged. Within minutes of calling, we received a call back and a short-notice appointment was scheduled. The technician arrived very quickly and cleared the blockage. This led to Baumberger being recommended for further work, specifically for flushing the underfloor heating system and servicing the boiler. Thanks to their professional approach and excellent coordination, they were able to carry out boiler and heating service for several families in succession.
