Cette entreprise est très décevante. Les factures qui devraient être payées restent impayées pendant des mois. En tant qu'émetteur de factures, il est très fastidieux de devoir constamment effectuer un suivi...
Nous étions un client de longue date, mais depuis la vente de l’entreprise, les choses se sont dégradées. Les interlocuteurs changent fréquemment. Le logiciel est gravement obsolète. Cela entraîne beaucoup de travail manuel, que nous devons payer. Les réductions de coûts promises ne se matérialisent jamais. Nous avons maintenant changé de fournisseur et payons beaucoup moins pour un meilleur service.
I was a customer of several companies for several years. Unfortunately, there were constant changes in contact persons, which led to a doubling of the annual costs (despite the same level of effort). Unfortunately, RmA's software is also completely outdated and causes more trouble than it's worth – I'd rather avoid it.
I've been working with Runmyaccounts for years, and it works very well. My accounting (including payroll, annual financial statements, etc.) is outsourced, allowing me to focus on day-to-day business, and so far, I haven't had any problems. Highly recommended.
We've been a Run my Accounts customer for many years. Outsourcing virtually 90% of our accounting to RMA was one of our best business decisions. I work remotely from abroad, and it works very well in combination with Smallinvoice.
