J'ai acheté une voiture. M. A. Dittli est très honnête, professionnel et fiable. Je suis très reconnaissant pour son aide et ses conseils. Je le recommande vivement et ferai à nouveau appel à ses services sans hésitation.
Excellent service. Mr. Dittli is a trustworthy person. I highly recommend this garage after purchasing a used vehicle that was perfectly prepared upon my arrival. A very warm welcome and highly competent staff. Thank you for everything, and see you next time.
Dittli AG doesn't even deserve one star. For several years, we regularly took our car to Mr. Dittli. During the last service, he declared the car (16 years old) scrap. He offered to dispose of the car for free. With heavy hearts, we agreed. Weeks later, our old car was driving around our neighborhood. Of course, we contacted the new owner. The car had indeed been sold online for 1300 Swiss francs. Mr. Dittli, naturally, didn't reply to our email. After contacting him by phone, he offered one excuse after another, and he even had difficulty remembering what had happened to our stored winter tires. Even if the scrap dealer had (as Mr. Dittli then claimed) fixed the car, one has to seriously question the competence of this garage, because declaring our car dead was clearly a lie. Mr. Dittli, you should be ashamed of such fraudulent behavior. K. Megnet
I took my car to the MOT (Motor Vehicle Inspection) for preparation. The replacement car had a remaining range of 17 km, and I just made it home. Then I had to fill up the tank for 55 francs. When I picked up my car the next day, everything was fine, except the battery needed to be replaced. When I started the car, all the lights and error messages were flashing. I then asked the "mechanic" if the error log had been erased? In this case, it had been forgotten. The invoice showed a credit of 40 francs for gas; I drove 26 km, in this case, 15 francs for gas, and not even an apology. Then at the MOT, the rear alignment was wrong and the lights were incorrectly adjusted. Thanks for nothing. The garage was recommended to me by a friend, but my visit there will be my first and last. One star is too many...
