Le manager est incroyablement grossier, arrogant et un peu royaliste... Trois semaines d'attente pour un rendez-vous, trois semaines pour un diagnostic, le business d'abord, le patient ensuite. Un désastre complet en termes d'organisation et de communication ! Ils auraient dû appeler le Calamity Center !

Extrêmement déçu. Évitez le Dr Beguelin, qui promet de rappeler mais ne le fait jamais. Elle m'a laissé dans l'angoisse face à l'éventualité d'une erreur de diagnostic (pour mon enfant de moins d'un an) malgré des tentatives répétées (téléphone et email) auprès de la secrétaire, qui n'a pas non plus répondu. Le médecin est arrogant et complètement incompétent. De quel type de soins de santé s’agit-il, négligeant complètement les relations avec les patients ? Un coup de téléphone et cela aurait été résolu. Je suis choqué.
