We switched to Zurich Insurance at the beginning of the year and caused the first damage to our Hyundai ourselves in May...! Zurich Insurance assessed the damage at the Pfäffikon SZ car repair shop. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to leave the car there immediately, and a replacement car was provided. After three days, we got it back, repaired, and cleaned! The garage bill was paid immediately, minus the deductible. We are very satisfied with the service, based on the motto: "Fast and uncomplicated!"
