Leurs pizzas sont savoureuses, si vous avez la chance de les faire livrer. Nous les avons commandés 4/5 fois. Deux fois, ils n'ont pas livré ni contacté pour annuler la commande. Je ne commanderai plus.

This was my first time ordering from here, as I thought I'd try different restaurants and delivery services. The pizza could have stayed in the oven for another minute or two, in my opinion, but that didn't affect the quality. I ordered two pizzas, and the toppings on both could have been distributed more evenly, and there could have been a tiny bit more of each. One pizza had a small piece of plastic packaging on it, but that can happen. I'll definitely order from here again. Don't let the negative reviews put you off; see for yourself.

I ordered pizza and a Coke from Eat.ch on November 8th, 2025, for CHF 54.82, paying by card through Eat.ch. The pizza was canceled, and I only received a refund of CHF 49.82. When I inquired about my CHF 5 refund, Presto told me I had to file a complaint with Eat, which I did. Eat says they transferred the money to Presto and that I need to contact them. This whole thing is ridiculous. Keep the CHF 5. I will certainly never order from Presto again—they're scammers.
