Metzgerei Rubigen „ mit Liebi“ — Thunstrasse 19, 3113 Rubigen, Switzerland

Nous avons récemment traversé Rubigen et nous sommes arrêtés par hasard à la boucherie "mit Liebi" (avec amour). Nous avons acheté du cordon bleu et du bœuf Emmental. Je peux seulement dire : c'était fantastique ! Tendre comme du beurre, tout simplement merveilleux. Cette boucherie est fortement recommandée. Merci beaucoup!

Service très sympathique et attentionné avec de bons conseils pour préparer les plats. La qualité de la viande est exceptionnelle ! Cela faisait longtemps que je n'avais pas mangé un morceau de viande aussi fin et tendre. Un vrai maître est à l'œuvre ici !

I visited my butcher shop "mit Liebi" on December 31st, and as always, despite the holiday rush, the service was very friendly and competent. All the meat was perfect, as usual. I can highly recommend the raw ham made with beer – it's divine! The visit to "mit Liebi" was worthwhile, as always, and I even had a "wow" moment – what more could you ask for? :-)

Now called "mit Liebi" (with Liebi), it's a very good butcher shop. It's bright, clean, and friendly, with a very good selection, including cheese. Drinks, spices, wines, and other small items, including souvenirs, are available. But just as important is the advice, and it's delivered with heart and, as Liebi (the owner's name) with a passion for the product. The two gentlemen are happy to assist customers with good tips, and if time permits, they'll even have a chat. Very personable.
