I wanted to get some advice on the types of meat for homemade burger patties. Unfortunately, the woman behind the counter was very unfriendly – not even a "hello" or any other kindness. Furthermore, she was difficult to understand, and when I asked questions, she reacted irritably and simply said, "I already told you that, we don't have any...". A real shame; I probably won't be coming back. The young man, on the other hand, was friendly and helpful.

Today I bought a pork chop in one piece (2.5 kg with long bones). I asked the young and very courteous salesperson how many bones it had and decided to buy the whole piece. In the middle of the conversation the saleswoman with dark hair intervened and said: Either you take the whole piece or nothing at all. Nothing is cut up here! And then another ambiguous remark which I ignored. She also laughed about the situation with another customer. Absolutely BELOW the belt. This butcher shop with its expensive prices should have no future. Zero decency, zero customer focus, stupid and cheeky.
