La meilleure boucherie avec épicerie fine proche de l'aéroport ! Des produits de la meilleure qualité, un personnel et un service fantastiques ! Grand choix et plaisir de faire du shopping ici chaque semaine et d'échanger quelques mots avec les sympathiques employés/propriétaires. Fortement recommandé !! Je suis plus que ravi. J'ai enfin retrouvé une boucherie et même si je n'habite malheureusement pas à Bülach, j'aime y aller. Le magasin est super propre, tout est joliment agencé. Le personnel ainsi que le gérant sont très gentils, sympathiques, compétents et arrangeants. Je suis content de payer un peu plus et de ne pas manger de viande tous les jours. J'espère que la boutique restera ainsi et restera ouverte longtemps. Merci, chère équipe de Fritz Angst. Vous faites un excellent travail. Nous serons heureux de revenir.
I bought three veal sausages from the grill in front of the shop this afternoon. One of the sausages had an unidentifiable yellow additive in the sausage meat. When I asked about it, I was very rudely told that this was normal?!? When I insisted, the sausage was replaced with the comment, "I don't want to discuss it." That was probably the last time I'll buy anything there…
I feel like I drive to Angst's butcher shop every Saturday to get their homemade sausage – it's a real treat! When I asked if the sausage contained preservatives, Mr. Angst personally took the time to explain everything to me in minute detail. You rarely experience that kind of personalized service these days – I really appreciate it. The quality of the products is sensational, and the service is top-notch. I can't understand some of the comments about "unfriendliness." Anyone who mistakes the direct, honest, and down-to-earth Swiss manner and authenticity for rudeness should probably ask themselves how they're getting on in life. Highly recommended!
We often shopped at Angst's butcher shop, and although the owner himself isn't exactly a friendly man, quality was what mattered to us. Last time, we bought veal cordon bleu for a hefty price! There was hardly any cheese, and the rest was 70% ham. We're happy to pay a price, but only for quality. For us, this was a rip-off, so this was our last purchase at Angst's butcher shop.
