I stumbled upon this abbey by chance during a detour. The building is impressive in its size, yet its simplicity blends pleasantly with the beautiful surrounding landscapes.

Beautiful monastery church ⛪️ in the canton of Lucerne. Built between 1711 and 1715. Everything is beautifully restored, and you immediately feel at ease upon entering the church. At the church entrance, you can light candles 🕯 and pray for your loved ones for CHF 1. There is ample parking available for a fee in front of the building complex.
