J'adore vraiment Décathlon ! Aujourd'hui, j'ai loué et acheté du matériel de ski et la vendeuse, Susanna (j'espère avoir correctement orthographié son nom), était extrêmement professionnelle et sympathique. Elle m'a gentiment aidé à choisir le bon équipement de neige et m'a patiemment aidé à résoudre certains problèmes d'adhésion. Ce fut une expérience formidable dans l’ensemble et si j’ai le temps, je reviendrai certainement. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Rami... incroyable... toujours prêt à aider... il y a 4 mois lorsqu'il a acheté le vélo pour ma fille et il y a 1 semaine, il travaillait et m'a posé des questions sur tous les problèmes avec le vélo pour les réparations.
Romain nous a aidé à choisir la bonne taille de chaussure de ski.
WOW Antimo is fantastic at this store, speaks fluent English and is super helpful, what an asset he is to the Decathlon brand. I am English guy with a disability he even carried the items i wanted to the till for me, and helped me when the self service till was not working properly. Decathlon in Spain where i live needs to learn customer service from Antimo, so well done keep it up. Thanks again.

Really small store for a Decathlon. Some areas are empty. Inventory management is poor, it felt like they are preparing for closing it (2025-05-10). Has winter equipment lease service, which is the of few good things about the store. Staff is mostly (2 out of 3) friendly and helphul.
