9/10 Le personnel est extrêmement gentil et orienté vers les solutions. La nourriture était excellente, le prix est plus cher mais ça vaut vraiment le coup si vous pouvez économiser de l'argent. Je peux certainement le recommander si vous êtes en stoos pendant l'hiver.
Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour ! L'hôtel est très bien organisé et le personnel est gentil et accueillant. Les points forts pour nous étaient sans aucun doute la piscine et la nourriture. La piscine est idéale pour les adultes et les enfants, et l'hôtel offre tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin : des peignoirs, des serviettes et même des pantoufles. Vous pouvez également réserver des massages et autres soins de spa, ce qui constitue un avantage appréciable. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux, avec beaucoup de choix sucrés et salés. Mais la véritable surprise a été le dîner : chaque plat était magnifiquement préparé, avec des combinaisons créatives qui n'étaient jamais ordinaires. Vraiment satisfaisant du début à la fin. Nous recommandons absolument cet hôtel et nous serions ravis de revenir.
Parfait pour une escapade d'un week-end ! Le personnel de la réception et du restaurant était fantastique : sympathique, accueillant et professionnel. Un grand choix d'articles de toilette et le lit était incroyablement confortable. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner était correct, avec en prime des œufs préparés sur commande. Dans l'ensemble, un séjour vraiment agréable !

We spent 2 absolutely magical days at Stoos Wellness Hotel. The thing that stood out the most was the absolute graciousness of all the staff we met - from the wonderful man who picked us up at the Station, to the folks at the reception, the wait staff, the bartender and the spa staff. 100% of the people we met went over and above!! The spa area was also above our expectation - as was the excellent food! We did the half-board and the food and food area was clearly the product of people Whittaker pride in their work and understand the importance of using good high quality food. A fabulous 3 night stay at the Wellness Hotel. The most perfect, relaxing retreat to come back to after long walks and hikes along the ridge. The staff were exceptional and so incredibly attentive, each and every one, and we were looked after so well. The food at dinner and breakfast was outstanding (notably the salad buffet), and the waiting staff so friendly and polite A special mention and thank you to the super friendly bartender who we had nice chats with, and who made us feel so welcome in the bar area. We would most definitely recommend this hotel.
