Unfortunately, I had a bad experience. The annual service suddenly cost four times the normal price. They replaced brakes, etc., and only installed the most expensive parts without even asking first. Outrageous!

This is the best garage I know. The customer service leaves nothing to be desired. I was accompanied on the test drive, and all the details of the vehicle were explained to me during the drive. The route was chosen so that I could test the vehicle under various conditions (city, country roads, highways, uphill and downhill driving, etc.). Since my current car was broken down, I was able to end the test drive at my home. This made it easy to decide on the new vehicle. I was picked up at home again for the handover, and we found a great solution for my broken-down car. I am very grateful for this exceptional buying experience, which I never had with my previous vehicles. Listing all the positive aspects would be impossible. I can't imagine what the garage could have done better.
