Notre groupe d’amis vient de terminer 5 jours de vacances pour le réveillon du Nouvel An à l’hôtel Alpenhof et nous parlons toujours de l’incroyable expérience vécue. Pour faire simple : c’est le meilleur hôtel 3 étoiles dans lequel j’ai séjourné depuis des années. Dès notre arrivée, le service a dépassé toutes nos attentes. Les membres du personnel étaient remarquablement attentifs, chaleureux et professionnels. ils ont un talent rare pour vous faire sentir complètement chez vous tout en maintenant des normes irréprochables. Nous étions en demi-pension et chaque repas était un moment fort. La nourriture était toujours excellente, préparée avec soin et joliment présentée. Pour les amateurs de vin de notre groupe, la sélection de vins a été une agréable surprise, offrant une grande variété et une qualité qui complétaient parfaitement nos dîners. Quelques éléments qui se sont démarqués : Propreté impeccable : L'hôtel était impeccable. Il était clair que rien n’était laissé au hasard ; l'attention portée aux détails dans les chambres et les espaces communs était évidente tout au long de notre séjour. Ambiance : Malgré une période de vacances chargée, l'ambiance était relaxante et accueillante. Valeur : La qualité du service et de la restauration semblait appartenir à une catégorie beaucoup plus élevée. À la fin de nos cinq jours, j'aurais aimé pouvoir rester plus longtemps. Si vous recherchez un endroit où vous êtes traité avec la plus grande attention et où chaque détail est traité avec soin, je ne saurais trop recommander l'hôtel Alpenhof.

Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Hospitalité 10/10 Très propre. Lits confortables et chambres spacieuses. La nourriture était excellente. La seule chose qui pourrait être améliorée, c'est l'insonorisation. Si vous avez le sommeil léger, assurez-vous d'apporter des bouchons d'oreilles.
We stayed for two nights over the weekend and absolutely loved the hotel! It has a charming old-style design, yet everything is well-maintained and feels like new. We especially loved the room—such a cozy and peaceful place with a stunning mountain view. The location is perfect, very quiet, and just a short distance from the ski resort. The staff were incredibly friendly, always smiling, and had such a positive attitude. A special highlight was the surprise they prepared for my partner’s birthday—a beautifully decorated breakfast table with a cake and candle. It was such a thoughtful touch! Overall, **10/10**—great value for money, and we would definitely stay again!
The nicest area I’ve ever stayed. We stayed for one night but wish we could have stayed longer. The staff’s hospitality is unmatched & the buffet breaky is amazing, everything was so delicious. This hotel has a great atmosphere & I would definitely recommend going here in September if you like the quiet - was so peaceful & waking up to the farm animals across from your room was like living in a Disney movie. Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough.
Very friendly and helpful staff, a spacious room and excellent dinner and breakfast. The vegetarian dinner option great. The hotel is also perfectly placed next to the cablecar and the ski-lifts, so getting there by public transport is really easy.
