Excellent hôtel, personnel absolument professionnel et extrêmement serviable et très poli. La réception et la salle du petit-déjeuner sont magnifiques, le choix du petit-déjeuner est très bon. Si vous êtes fumeur, ils ont un joli fumoir. Je recommanderais cet hôtel à 100%.

Juste un mot : wow ! Pour cette gamme de prix, l'hôtel est incroyablement bien situé et bénéficie d'un excellent emplacement. Les options de petit-déjeuner étaient fantastiques, avec également beaucoup de choix pour les végétariens. Le personnel est formidable et parle un anglais excellent, ce qui a facilité la communication et contribué à garantir un séjour sans problème. J'ai adoré tout l'hôtel, en particulier la vue depuis mon balcon.

Wonderful hotel and the front desk is super friendly too! Loved their breakfast! It’s literally my best meal of the day! Rooms are spacious and warm, and it’s close to shops. Prices on the weekend are discounted too, so that’s a bonus. You will enter the hotel through a lift, and there are 2 entrances to get to the lift.

They just renovated the hotel and the rooms are nice and clean. I’ve stayed a few times for business. It’s also very close to the train station. And a short train ride into Zürich

This hotel is NOT a bargain, they are charging just for the location,. Hotel Illuster in Uster, Switzerland is a clean, modern place with comfortable rooms and a good location. My room was nicely furnished and generally pleasant—except for the temperature. It was surprisingly warm, and here's the kicker: when the hotel says it’s “temperature-controlled,” that does not mean air-conditioned. Important distinction! I found it a bit curious that every staff member mentioned they’re “installing AC soon, but it’s delayed.” Maybe it’s true, maybe it’s the Swiss version of “mañana.” Either way, if you’re staying during warm weather, pack light pajamas and maybe a small desk fan just to be safe. Overall, a decent stay, but a cool breeze would have made it much cooler—literally.
