They left our group of six stranded at Zurich Airport late in the evening with our luggage, despite our prior booking and confirmation. They were unreachable by email or phone. Do not book with them under any circumstances!! One star is too generous!
Unreliable! Although the appointment and location were arranged and confirmed via WhatsApp, no taxi showed up at the agreed time. When I called to inquire, the driver seemed surprised and said they didn't have time. I was literally left standing in the rain. This company is definitely not recommended!
