I had to wait almost two weeks for a cream. The first time, I was told the order was sent incorrectly. Days later, I inquired again, but I didn't get a call like I was promised. And now I even received the wrong cream concentrate, and they just said it's not that bad. 😂 It's embarrassing.

It would be conveniently located, but it can't even dispense simple, urgently needed, and prescribed medications within a reasonable timeframe. It doesn't take customer concerns or solutions regarding ordering urgently needed supplies seriously. It's not even able to order bandages and suggests that customers cut 4-meter-long cotton bandages to the required width themselves, even though the appropriate size is officially available. Furthermore, some of the medications are significantly overpriced compared to pharmacies outside this group. It's a shame you can't give zero stars, so I absolutely cannot recommend it. My advice: Check the prices and compare them with other pharmacies, or avoid this one altogether. Addendum, since it's impossible to respond to the message: It's not even able to order bandages and suggests that customers cut 4-meter-long cotton bandages to the required width themselves, even though the appropriate size is officially available. I think that says it all, and no phone call is needed!
