Je suis monté à bord du bus numéro 128 à 15h09 aujourd'hui de Krähbach à Wädenswil. Le chauffeur s’approchait déjà très rapidement de l’arrêt de bus. Je suis monté et le bus est parti à toute vitesse. J'ai réussi à saisir les bâtons avec les deux bras et à me cogner violemment la hanche. J'ai eu du mal à me lever et j'ai finalement trouvé une place. Je suis instructeur d'exercices pour personnes âgées et mes participants me racontent souvent qu'ils sont tombés ou ont été éjectés du bus. Maintenant, je sais que cela peut aussi arriver aux plus jeunes, lorsque des conducteurs aussi imprudents sont sur la route.

I often travel to Wädenswil; the bus drivers are always very friendly and always punctual. I think their new buses, the Man Lions City ones, are very nice. I would love to travel with them every day because they are great buses. Unfortunately, they don't have that many of them, but otherwise, they're a top company.

On March 12, 2025, at 2:02 PM, I very politely pointed out to the corpulent, bespectacled, bald bus driver on line 122 that the bus should have been leaving two minutes ago and that I shouldn't miss my connecting train to my doctor's appointment. He was fiddling with his cell phone and barked at me, telling me not to talk to the driver, otherwise it would be my fault he was late. And this was after he was already late due to his unprofessional cell phone play at work. I think this gentleman should take a course in customer satisfaction and reading time instead of giving rude answers to paying, and above all, polite, customers!

This morning at 8:20 a.m., I asked the bus driver of route 127 which route he takes from the Coop in Wädenswil. I received the (rather unfriendly) reply that he couldn't simply give me that information – I think this bus driver doesn't realize he's a service provider. I was surprised and then annoyed.
