Malheureusement, je n'ai pas eu de nouvelles d'eux depuis des semaines et ils sont injoignables. La seule fois où quelqu'un est venu, c'était à un moment où j'avais mentionné à plusieurs reprises que je n'étais pas disponible (réunion en ligne), mais bien sûr, l'employé se tenait juste là, à la porte ! (30 juillet - 10h00 !) La martre erre toujours joyeusement, même des SEMAINES plus tard – il semble que personne dans cette entreprise ne se soucie du fait que le menuisier soit également prêt à commencer le travail. Eh bien, j'espère que la direction confiera le poste à quelqu'un d'autre.
Le technicien qui devait arriver a confié la tâche à un collègue qui m'en a informé par téléphone avant sa visite, ce que j'ai trouvé très agréable et rassurant. C'était un homme très sympathique et efficace qui a rapidement compris comment résoudre le problème des guêpes dans le coffre du volet roulant et l'isolation de la façade. Il m'a tout expliqué et m'a ensuite aidé à déterminer d'où pouvaient venir d'autres guêpes dans un espace clos et comment je pouvais les empêcher d'entrer gratuitement. A la fin, il m'a expliqué comment était calculé le montant de la facture et m'a également remis un rapport de travail. Une expérience tout à fait positive ! 👌 Merci beaucoup!
Non recommandé ! L’exterminateur a d’abord refusé de regarder l’appartement. Nous avons rappelé et insisté pour que le problème soit évalué à l'intérieur de l'appartement. Finalement, INSEKTA n’a pas réussi à résoudre le problème. Après un certain temps, nous avons découvert et éliminé nous-mêmes la source de l’infestation. Cependant, la facture d'Insekta de 200 francs suisses est arrivée très rapidement. Merci pour rien...
The fly infestation needed to be addressed in 2021. Mr. W.... from the Bern branch inspected everything on-site, and we discussed the problem. A quote of just under CHF 2000 was subsequently sent, which was then commissioned. Initially, it was stated that the treatment should not be carried out below 10 degrees Celsius. On the scheduled day, one of the employees was absent due to illness, so the appointment could not be kept, for which I fully understand. A new appointment was quickly arranged, but there was snow on the roof that day. Nevertheless, the treatment was carried out. Unfortunately, I was unable to be present; my wife received the men. The following sunny day, it quickly became apparent that the discussed problem areas were infested with hundreds of flies. Unfortunately, these areas were not treated at all. After several requests, these areas were also treated as a courtesy (only from the outside with lances taped together, thanks to duct tape). After each treatment, the apartment had to be thoroughly cleaned due to spillage of the product and sloppy work; even the trim around the skylight was affected. Unfortunately, in September 2022, it became clear that the work, which the two employees had completed in approximately three hours for just under CHF 2,000, was unsuccessful and provided no solution. The fly infestation persists, and we are now struggling with it using Landi products. According to Mr. W.... from Insekta, who stated this during his initial visit, we should have been free of the fly problem for three years. However, when we contacted Insekta via Brüttisellen in September 2022, we were informed that the current situation was normal. I would appreciate a statement from Insekta and perhaps a further solution.
I am very satisfied with the work of Mr. Wälti from the Bern branch. We had been battling a flour moth infestation for weeks, and Mr. Wälti quickly and cost-effectively got it under control! Thank you so much!!!
Insekta was unable to resolve the problem and has since refused to honor the warranty. From relatively early on, there seemed to be no interest in fixing the issue. Insekta's business model appears to be based on empty promises and a lot of talk, but not on actual performance.
