Ce n'est plus mon choix. Facturation prohibitive (sans préavis). Presque une semaine sans chauffage par températures hivernales. Pas d'approche orientée solution, et pas de contact comme convenu. Point positif : le technicien de service était sympathique et compétent.

Quel service incroyable ! Après avoir signalé que l’électronique de notre système de récupération d’eau de pluie était en panne, un technicien est arrivé très rapidement. Il est venu avec une camionnette de service entièrement équipée, ce qui lui a permis de tout remplacer immédiatement. Le technicien a tout géré parfaitement et maintenant tout fonctionne à nouveau parfaitement. Fortement recommandé! 😀
