Les installateurs sont excellents. Cependant, le service client n'est pas sympathique, ils ne vous prennent pas au sérieux et ne respectent que partiellement les rendez-vous promis. Ils ont installé des éléments de cuisine dont je ne voulais explicitement pas, mais le représentant commercial a trouvé que tout allait bien. Esther Widmer

I am extremely satisfied with the service from Loosli AG. The LED light in my mirrored cabinet needed replacing, even though it was outside the warranty period. The light was replaced free of charge without any fuss. Such customer-oriented and uncomplicated service is rare these days. Many thanks to the team at Loosli AG!
