I'm usually quite cautious when dealing with insurance companies and their sales representatives, as my experiences haven't always been the best. But I have to say, the AXA agency in Affoltern am Albis has completely changed my past experiences! Our customer advisor, Ms. A. Buqaj, perfectly tailored our existing insurance policies to our needs. She's very competent, but also incredibly friendly. We feel we're in very good hands with her.
