Sarebbe importante per te migliorare la tua pubblicità. Qui a Ibiza praticamente nessuno ti conosce. Tutti quelli a cui parlo di te sono entusiasti.

"Attenzione a Travelcoop: assolutamente inaffidabile!" Ho prenotato il volo per Palma, che è stato semplicemente posticipato di un giorno due giorni prima della partenza. Nessuno era disponibile durante il fine settimana per risolvere il problema. Nessun compenso adeguato. Quattro settimane dopo, non ho nemmeno ricevuto il rimborso del prezzo del biglietto: hanno smesso del tutto di rispondere alle e-mail. Ho dovuto coinvolgere anche un avvocato. Il servizio clienti è peggiore di quello di qualsiasi compagnia aerea low cost. Stai lontano!

The flight was delayed by over six hours the day before, for no apparent reason. According to Travelcoup, the reason was "unusual operational circumstances beyond our control." Despite an email inquiry (a month ago), I still haven't received a response. Their website advertises "first-class service," but paying customers are left waiting for hours, and customer inquiries aren't even answered. The one star is for the crew, who provided excellent service that day. The concept is great, but the execution is poor. I'll be flying business class with a conventional airline again.

A highly trained, well-rested, and refreshed crew. The best thing about Travelcoup: The journey is fast, stress-free, and completely relaxed. I've never traveled or arrived so refreshed before. Our flight was canceled twice, one day before departure. After several inquiries, the money was finally refunded weeks later. The second time, since July, we haven't received a refund at all, and still haven't! It's questionable whether this airline is even solvent or still exists. In any case, a huge disappointment and not recommended. It's a shame, the idea was good, but the execution is very questionable. Best to steer clear. A few weeks later: We were offered a free flight to Mallorca as compensation for the inconvenience, but unfortunately, no one has responded, even after two inquiries. It seems the free flight offer has been forgotten, or perhaps the airline no longer exists? It's a pity; it would have been a nice gesture. But this has definitely put us off flying with Travelcoup. This is not what luxury and comfort service should be!
