Questo hotel è un'ottima opzione per un soggiorno di una o due notti. Offriva una vista fantastica del Brienzersee. Il posto era tranquillo, tuttavia le camere erano un po' datate. Erano pulite e confortevoli ma un po' datate. La colazione era molto buona e aveva abbastanza opzioni per soddisfare i gusti di tutti. Non c'è parcheggio gratuito, ma ci sono molti posti auto su entrambi i lati dell'hotel. Nel complesso è stata un'ottima esperienza, l'hotel necessita solo di essere ristrutturato.
La camera era ok, anche se il letto avrebbe davvero bisogno di essere sostituito. La posizione è assolutamente perfetta e la colazione era eccellente. La maggior parte del personale era meraviglioso: caloroso, accogliente e ci ha fatto sentire davvero parte della loro famiglia. L'unico lato negativo era l'atteggiamento di una governante e del cuoco del ristorante, ma tutti gli altri andavano ben oltre.
Di gran lunga la peggiore esperienza alberghiera del nostro viaggio in Europa. Abbiamo informato il proprietario tre settimane prima che saremmo arrivati in ritardo. This place truly deserves more than five stars! I had a wonderful stay here — the house was spotlessly clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained. The view was absolutely breathtaking, and I felt relaxed from the moment I arrived. A special thanks to the lady at the front desk who helped me check in — she was incredibly warm, friendly, and professional. Tbh the only thing is that the equipments of the hotel are kind of old, but it’s still worthwhile living here!
I had such a great time here. I have rented a smoke free private bathroom breakfast included room for two people. The staff were great. They were friendly approachable and professional. I received great service and they give us good recommendations for activities nearby. I felt safe in the hotel and around the local area day and night. The breakfast was amazing and a large choice of selection. We really liked it. I used the shared toilets on the ground floor by the bar a couple of times and it was clean. I would definitely come here again and I would recommend this place to friends and family. This is ideal for travelers couples and young families. There are loads of activities nearby and the hotel is next to the train station and a bus station.
For the beautiful location the hotel definitely needs a total renovation and without 1000 different personal design ideas as is the case now. Bright blue doors with red flowery beds and old wooden furniture in one room. The attention to detail and cleanliness is sadly lacking here. In our bathroom there is neither a window nor a ventilation system so the humidity comes into the room and in the shower you can't hang up the shower head because the holder is broken. Rooms look like social housing put together. I can't understand how a hotel in such a beautiful location can survive in this state. Feels somehow wrong and difficult to build up a regular clientele. The two stars are for the beautiful location on the lake and the staff were also quite nice.
