Purtroppo non posso consigliare il servizio, l'assistenza clienti o la fatturazione. È stato fatturato più tempo di quanto giustificabile (tempo del rapporto: 1,75 ore, tempo fatturato: 2,5 ore). Ho dovuto porre domande di follow-up più volte perché non ho ricevuto risposte chiare o tempestive. Il dossier concordato non è stato consegnato in tempo, l'ho ricevuto solo dopo aver chiesto nuovamente informazioni. Non c'è stato assolutamente alcun tentativo di risarcimento in merito alla fattura. Nel complesso, un'esperienza deludente.

We had the underground drains cleaned and subsequently decided to have the sludge trap vacuumed. Our driveway is hidden, somewhat winding, steep, and narrow. I was accordingly impressed when he reversed up to the house this morning with the giant vehicle without a hitch. And so it continued: helpful with rolling up the carpet, careful with things in the entryway (coat rack, rack, etc.), humorously meeting my curious glances, and even pulling out a cleaning rag at the end.
