Adoriamo la birra Einsiedler, in particolare la birra di frumento. Ma cosa sta succedendo a questa birra in questi giorni? È privo di sapore, sottile e ha poco o nessun lievito, nonostante un buon ricciolo... E non si tratta di un episodio isolato, il che è un peccato!

La birra in realtà ha un sapore abbastanza buono. Sfortunatamente, ci sono enormi variazioni di qualità nel processo di produzione e nelle bottiglie stesse. Diverse bottiglie dell'ultima spedizione erano difettose, il che ha provocato un pasticcio. Preferisco acquistare dalla concorrenza.

We had a great tour of the Rosengarten brewery with Alois. He covered us with all sorts of background knowledge, history and traditions about hermits and beer brewing. The whole thing was rounded off by a comprehensive tasting offer and the purchase of “fan items” (beer tankards and beer mats) in the shop. Thanks. It wasn't the last time I was with you.

Hello dear brewery, I got a bottle of Gäächs by chance. I was sooooo excited. I could taste the fresh hay with every sip, sensational. I'm from Austria and ordered 12 bottles. I can afford this luxury. It's a shame I live in Austria. Best regards from Austria, Werner Who
